International Place is a low- income senior housing development that offers comfortable, safe, and convenient apartments for low-income seniors over age of 62. Built in 2007, International Place is located in East Tacoma near a bus line and has a “neighborhood network” with 15 personal computers and unlimited internet access for residents. 

The complex contains 55 one-bedroom apartments.

The apartment complex offers exercises classes. It boasts a beautiful community room and commercial kitchen and serves ethnic meals to residents and other seniors four days a week.

Eligibility Requirements and Rent

Age 62 or older
Low income status pursuant to Hud published income guidelines.
Rent is 30% of total income.
