Low-Income Housing

The Olympus Hotel is a low- income housing development in the heart of downtown Tacoma. Developed in 2008, the hotel, which is on the State Historic Register, is near a bus line and targets the disabled and working poor.

The building contains 45 one-bedroom apartments and four studios.

Eligibility Requirements and Rent

Very low income legal status pursuant to Hud published income guidelines.
