Pacific Villa is a low- income senior housing development that offers comfortable, safe, and convenient units for low-income seniors over age of 62. Built in 1998, Pacific Villa is located in Tacoma near a bus line and next to the Korean Women's Association Community Services Center in Tacoma, Washington and is managed by KWA. The building contains 25 one-bedroom apartments.

The apartment complex offers exercise classes as well as culturally sensitive services for residents such as naturalization and English as a second language classes. It boasts a community room and commercial kitchen and serves ethnic meals to residents and other seniors four days a week.

Age 62 or older
Very low income legal status
Renters pay 30% of their monthly income for rent and utilities.
