Senior City Earns National Award

In the July 2010, KWA was notified by the nation’s premiere affordable housing magazine, Affordable Housing Finance, that its Senior City Apartments was a finalist for the AHF’s national housing award.

Affordable Housing Finance received 140 nominations in 2010 and selected thirty-three finalists in nine categories: family, green, historic rehab, master-planned/mixed-use, preservation, rural, seniors, special needs and urban.

Senior City was chosen as one of four finalists for one of the nation’s best senior housing developments.
