Lease Up of KWA’s Newest Affordable Housing

The name of KWA’s 15th & Tacoma affordable housing project is “Tahoma Place” and it is expected to be completed around 2nd or 3rd week in September
There will be some units dedicated to (a) homeless veterans, (b) low, low , low income seniors over age 62 (HUD PRAC) and (c) seniors 55 or older (rent is $840-893/month, income limits) affordable apartments.
For the HUD PRAC units for seniors over age 62 (generally low, low, low income paying 30% of their income from State or SSI): Attached is the flyer for the July 2, 2024, 1pm In-Person Application. The applications will be accepted in person, first come, first served.

What to bring for the application:
- Last 6 paystubs and 1st paystub of the year (if currently working)
- Social Security Award Letter (dated within the last 120 days)
- 6 months of bank statements or any financial accounts (Including 401K and investments)
- Social Security cards
- Government Issued ID
For seniors 55 or older (rent is $840-893/month, income limits) affordable apartments: Attached is the flyer for the 55+Affordable units In Person application which will be accepted Friday, July 12, 2024.
