Jay is KWA’s Communications, Development, and Special Projects Officer overseeing Development and Communications Department and responsible for special projects to advance KWA. Most of Jay’s career has been spent in both faith-based and community-based organizations in the non-profit sector in the leadership positions.

Jay has a bachelor’s degree from Nyack College and an MA in Counseling and M Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary. Jay is an ordained minister from a Presbyterian denomination and worked with many faith-based entities across the country. He has been with community-based organizations for many years – predominately working with immigrant and refugee communities in youth, senior services, and social services.

He makes his home with his wife of nearly 30 years, Angela. Together, they have raised two children, Andrea and Andrew. He values family and believes spending time with his family is one of the most important things in his life.
