Many are seniors, people with physical disabilities, the developmentally disabled, folks with medical conditions or those recuperating from surgery or hospitalization.

KWA Home Care helps with meals, housekeeping, shopping, errands and transportation for medical appointments. KWA Home Care professionals are a friend with a personal touch and an advocate for their client’s overall well-being and happiness.
Care because you matter.
“For the last 15 years, my wife was attended by nine well trained caregivers who have sincere, loving and caring hearts with positive attitudes. My wifes physical and mental health stability has improved greatly. KWA Home Care and Mrs. Sung Law, my wife’s home care supervisor, have shown dedication and committment to us. They do outstanding care for anyone in need.” — Kyongmo
Each new client at KWA receives a careful review of their health history and a detailed evaluation of their status. With this information, the KWA care team creates an individualized care plan specific for the client’s needs. KWA Home Care provides help with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, transferring, dressing changes, verifying healthy diet and helping manage medications. Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays to provide these non-medical home care services. Care is provided for as little as two to 24 hours a day.
Respite and Hospice Care
Family caregivers are fueled by devotion to their loved one, but periodically they need time to rest, recharge and relieve stress on families. Home Care provides this needed respite for family care providers. For loved ones approaching end of life, KWA’s hospice care helps provide comfort, dignity and peace of mind for the patient and the family. The patient’s physical, spiritual and comfort needs are attended to at home. This allows the patient to remain in familiar surroundings as he or she seeks meaning and a peaceful conclusion.
KWA Caregivers: Professional, Amazing.
KWA caregivers are highly competent professionals. All are fully trained in accordance with state licensing requirements, have passed criminal background checks, are carefully screened, bonded and insured. Some of our caregivers are nurse-delegated; having specialized training to perform skilled tasks such as changing and dressing a wound. Nurse delegation services allow clients to remain in their home at a lower cost.
But training and experience do not complete the story about our amazing KWA caregivers. That is why KWA carefully selects caregivers who bring a heart of compassion, who seek excellence in all they do and whose greatest joy is making a difference in the lives of their patients. Amazing!
A Match Made In Heaven
KWA takes great care in matching the right care giver with each client. Care givers are selected with the client’s unique personality, interests, preferences and cultural heritage in mind. We are culturally sensitive and can even provide ethnically tailored meals. Supervisors look for the caregiver with the skills and experience appropriate for the client’s physical and medical needs. We then arrange for the caregiver to come to the home for an interview, so the client can determine that the caregiver is a good fit for them.
