The Korean Women’s Association (KWA) is celebrating our 50th year of bringing critical services to historically underserved and vulnerable individuals throughout Western Washington.

Fifty years ago, a Korean woman brought to America by her enlisted husband was feeling isolated – so she picked up the phone and made history. From its beginning as a social club to the multi-faceted organization that it is now, the Korean Women’s Association roots are deep in the communities we serve.

Our 50th Jubilee will highlight our organization’s legacy while also celebrating and preparing for our future. We cordially invite you to join us at the Hotel Murano’s Pavilion at 5:00 in the evening of October 29, 2022 for our 50th’s Jubilee celebration, attendance at which is included in many of the sponsorship packages. Enjoy an evening of dinner and entertainment with our emcee Mary Nam of KOMO TV and keynote speaker Rabbi Angela Warnick Buchdahl of Central Synagogue in New York City.

All funds raised will support KWA in our efforts to provide essential social services for the most vulnerable in our community. You can support our event by purchasing tickets today at kwacares.ejoinme.org/tickets

For KWA, 2022 marks half a century of hard work, and we would love your partnership in preparing for the next half and beyond.
