KWA has health navigators and staff available in Pierce, King, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties to help you with behavioral health support. There are three ways we address community behavioral health: Group preventative health education, individual care coordination, and individual care coordination for high-risk individuals. CRISP:

Culturally Responsive, Integrated Strength-based Parenting (CRISP) classes provide education and skills in preventative and community health. Free lunch and $20 gift card provided. Learn More »

Incredible Years:

KWA is partnering with Answers Counseling to provide an intensive 10-18-week parent education program for parents involved with WA Division of Child, Youth & Family. Learn More »

Breast and Colorectal Cancer Screening Navigation:

Care Coordination:

If you have Apple Health/ Medicaid and are experiencing chronic health conditions, you could also qualify to receive free one-to-one care coordination assistance, through Pathways, Health Homes with Coordinated Care, or Health Homes with Pierce County Human Services. We will work with you and your healthcare provider, along with your behavioral health, housing, employment, and social service providers to access services, resources, and benefits. Learn More »

Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT):

With funding from Tacoma Pierce County Health Department, KWA provides SBIRT and Tobacco Cessation Education for health, behavioral health, and social service providers in Pierce County. Learn More »

KWA receives funding from Verdant Health Commission to provide Everyday Prevention health education and navigation for seniors in Snohomish County. Learn More »
