Suzanne Pak is the Director of Community Health at KWA. Suzanne is passionate about delivering culturally responsive and person-centered services in partnership with the community, health, and social service organizations.
She manages programs that range from:
- care coordination for high-risk pregnant women (through funding from Pierce County Accountable Community of Health and WA State Department of Health)
- cancer screening navigation for breast, cervical, and colorectal health (through funding from Komen Puget Sound and MultiCare Community Partnership Fund)
- Everyday Prevention (through funding from Verdant Health Commission)
- Screening/ Brief/ Intervention/ Referral to Treatment for mental health and substance use (through funding from WA State Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery)
Suzanne serves on the Provider Integration Panel for the Pierce County Accountable Community of Health, Community Action Coalition for Fred Hutch Health Disparities Research Center, ambassador for Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, and partner for We Work For Health Coalition.
Suzanne has a B.S. in Economics from MIT and formerly worked for Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton.
